Sending Messages and Photos to Clinical Staff

Messages can be sent conveniently anytime through your patient portal and will be answered during buisness hours. To attach a photo, select the green "Add File" button and chose your image. 
All portal messages will be answered as soon as possible but no later than end of day.

  • MON: 8am-4:30pm
    TUE: 8am-4:30pm
    WED: 8am-4:30pm
    THUR: 8am-4:30pm
    FRI: 8am-4pm
    The doors will lock and the phones will turn off 30 minutes prior to closing to allow for call backs.
    The drive thru remains open until closing.

  • We have a new and improved patient portal! Check your email for a Welcome Email to set up your account. If you don't have one, please call the front desk to update your information and have a new link sent! 

  • If you need a refill for a prescription, please call your pharmacy or send us a secure message via your patient portal! 
    CONTROLLED MEDS: Please send us a secure message via your patient portal! Please allow 24 hours for us to fill your request!
